		+	* I saw a drunk woman attack a man playing an accordion at Tramstop Neumarkt around 8pm. The accordion player put his instrument down an fought back. Then a one-armed man intervened, dragging the drunk woman away. The accordion player struck the one-armed man in the face. Then some teenagers came to the defense of the accordion player, adopting an aggressive posture and telling the one-armed man to back down. The one-armed man started calling for a cell phone to call the police.

		+	* The desk lady at the Cologne hotel had a weird demeanor. After checking me in, she suddenly adopted a manic attitude, telling me she had a fabulous room for me before saying it was out back in a supplemental building and was small. Then as we walked out back, she made small talk, saying that eat least it was warm outside, though it was cold and raining. I looked and she looked dead serious. So I reminded her that it was raining, but she gave no reaction.

He puts arm around one guy but it's clearly not a comfortable situation.  His hand balled in a fist and it seems like it's awkward for both of them.  Never come realy puta his arm around friend. Then he withdrew his arm.  Nothing was said to acknowledge the weirdness.
