Snow Clown

A ferral hyperclownic individual which has adapted its makeup and behaviors to in snowcapped mountain regions as well as both the Arctic and Antarctic. These ferral individuals descend from a separatist sect of hyperclownism sufferers who voluntarily removed themselves from a society which treated them as sideshow attractions. Many resettled in sparsely settled cold regions. Over successive generations, they adapted their makeup and social behaviors to their new homes. However, the cultural need to entertain still persists.
