The Hyperclownism Research and Advocacy Fund (HRAF) funds research into effective treatments for hyperclownism as well as advocacy campaigns. HRAF funds an ongoing campaign to encourage people to no longer use the pejorative slur "clown" either when describing hyperclownic individuals or as a way to describe people who act silly or stupid.
