A ferral hyperclownic individuals which has adapted its makeup and behaviors to in snowcapped mountain regions as well as both the Arctic and Antarctic. These ferral individuals descend from a separatist sect of hyperclownism sufferers who voluntarily removed themselves from a society which treated them as sideshow attractions. Many resettled in sparsely settled cold regions. Over successive generations, they adapted their makeup and social behaviors to their new homes.
